Has anyone had any significant interaction with them? I've stopped by once or twice, and bought some gear.
I have been seriously lusting after the Victory Cross Country Tour, but one of the things holding me back is that I didn't want to have to buy from a shop in Maryland and have to cross the river every time I wanted to visit the dealer. Coleman's in Woodbridge is now selling Victorys.

We bought my Duc ST2, Riss's Ninja 500, and a fair bit of gear there, does that count? (Admittely, that was 5+ years ago..)

That probably counts, yes.

So as I recall, the salescritters were reasonably attentive and knowledgeable, and the prices seemed reasonable -- though I'll admit I didn't continue shopping around once I found an '01 Duc ST4 in '04 with 460mi on it for $7200, under $8K out the door. (I did shell out another $2K for the extended service plan, figuring I'd take my time learning Duc engines and valves without being forced to do so in a hurry at 6K miles.)

Also as I recall, the purchasing of the Ninja 500 was pretty painless.

Anyhow, pretty good bike selection, reasonable prices, decent gear selection, good discounts now and then. (nb, though, I've heard far less complimentary things about the sales staff at the Falls Church store.)
