My Netflix Review of the Documentary, "Kestrel's Eye"
The short version is, I learned more about Swedes (particularly their treatment of grave sites) than I did about birds. That this movie won an award in Sweden speaks volumes about the people.
The first bird doesn’t even show up for several minutes. As there is no narration, it helps to have some background in order to appreciate what is being shown. That applies to both the birds and the Swedes.
Interesting, but not the way I expected it to be interesting.

I was so confused for a moment. My broader social circle includes a person named Kestrel who got prosthetic eyes last year.

I can see where that could be confusing. Getting prosthetic eyes is probably a lot more interesting than this movie.
