This is why I can't stomach mainstream media
I've just seen one (well really, more than one) too many articles about how an justice voting against any part of Obamacare is clearly partisan, even the Individual Mandate. Voting against a law that is unconstitutional on its face by ending Enumerated Powers and allowing congress to regulate *anything* based on the Commerce Clause, not to mention rewriting the concept of Contract Law, is partisan?
What do they call voting in support of such an abomination? Somehow "partisan" doesn't seem strong enough. "Treasonous" sounds closer.
Applying the Constitution is not partisan, it is required by their oath of office.

It doesn't matter which side spouts the tagline..."activist judge" still means "they didn't decide the way I think they should".

Just my 2p worth.
