OK, so I came across this NSFW photoset that doesn't do much for me, except that I saw the first photo and thought, "I'll bet these were taken in Dresden". The old stone work there is distinctive in color because of the fire bombing. I couldn't be 100% certain based on one building, because I only spent one day there.
I then looked at every picture in the set for confirmation that it was in fact Dresden. Sure enough, the later photos appear to have been taken in and around the Zwinger gallery--perhaps best known as the home of the Sistine Madonna and the two cherubs added as an afterthought at the bottom.
Dresden was in the former East Germany, so it's still getting the hang of being a tourist spot. The two cherubs image can be had on all sorts of souvenir crap the same way as "I Love New York" or "Maryland is for Crabs".
